The director was thorough and good, but the procedure was randomly carried out by the vice director..? I was so surprised that it was done so naturally and without any explanation. They explain things well and make good recommendations based on your face shape. The only disappointing part is the staff. Not very.. the friendliness was disappointing. I asked a question about the procedure as a customer, and they answered in a commanding tone, and I remember thinking, what was that.. lol??;; It is not exactly cheap either, and after hearing what the staff said back then, I have not wanted to go much, so I plan to look for another hospital. If I cannot find one, I might go back though.. haha
