Lower eyelid fat repositioning review after 1.5 years The tear trough under my eyes has gotten even worse. The volume of my under-eye aegyo-sal has disappeared. My under eyes are deeply sunken and there is no fat. The area where fat was grafted has become lumpy and looks messy.
