The consultation was extremely detailed. They said that because I already have a philtrum and it is not bad, the results would not show as dramatically as they do for other people. But I got greedy and went ahead anyway.. Since I asked for a natural shape and left it to the surgeon, my lips ended up looking awkward; I dissolved it all the very next day.. I recommend this only to people who know their lips well and have a clear idea of what they want.
