The manager briefly asked whether I had any prior surgery experience or special things to note, and whether I had anything I wanted, and then I had a consultation with the director. They explained things in quite a lot of detail, and I asked about several different surgeries. They immediately told me whether each one would or would not be effective for my eyes. They also explained the surgery process in quite a lot of detail, so I think they will take good care of me.
