It is now day 14 after surgery. This was my first surgery. My nasal tip was bulbous, my skin was thick, and I had a bulbous nose and a crooked nose. I wanted a natural style!
My septum was very deviated, so I had functional nose surgery (septal deviation, inferior turbinate reduction) and cosmetic nose surgery (no implant: did not use ear cartilage, osteotomy for crooked-nose correction + nostril asymmetry correction + cartilage fixation).
When you go to a plastic surgery clinic or a dermatology clinic, even if they are kind, there is sometimes a strange feeling, which made me uncomfortable. But this clinic was really kind and comfortable. The doctor listened carefully, organized the direction I wanted, and even simulated exactly how the surgery would be done, which I liked.

The result is still swollen, so the nasal tip is lifted right now (I really hope this part goes down soon),
but even though nothing was placed in the nasal tip, it seems to have become a bit higher thanks to the osteotomy and cartilage fixation effect, and I am satisfied.
