I was really resistant to implants, so I looked into fat grafting and went ahead with it. Of course, in the end I was not satisfied with the size, so later I had implant surgery at another hospital. When I had the implant surgery, they said the fat graft had survived too well, so the surgery was difficult. Hearing that made me think they must be good at fat grafting. But it did not grow as much as I expected, so it felt like a waste of money.
