They said it was safe and effective because it was done with laser, so I had cheekbone and jaw surgery at the same time, and it was honestly the worst. There was absolutely no effect. Later, when I had a CT scan, I saw that the jaw had been cut into a strange shape and was left jagged and crooked. Even now, almost 7 years later, the sensation under the left side of my lower lip is still strange. If food spills or gets on me, I do not notice it properly because the sensation is off. One side of the cheekbone is still open, and even when I touch it with my hand I can feel a gap. The other side just has a half-finished cut mark and was not corrected at all. It is really the worst!!!
