I had double eyelid surgery with the buried suture method about 6 years ago... One side kept coming undone and then not, and in the end it came undone.. The skin has stretched a little too, so it became a wrinkled monolid? I'm planning revision surgery. Would it be better to do an incisional method? I did the buried suture method because I was afraid it would go wrong, but it came undone so easilyㅜ Is the only difference between incision and buried suture swelling and recovery, and are the results similar!ㅜ
