To begin with, I was born with very severe ptosis and a huge amount of eye fat. Because of that, people often misunderstood me as being sleepy or angry, and I also had a lot of fatigue from lifting my eyes with my forehead, so I had the surgery. My ptosis has improved significantly, so I am satisfied. Given my eye condition, it seems this was the best possible outcome, so they did not seem greedy, and I was satisfied too.
