I had basic rhinoplasty surgery a few years ago. The director is gentle and calm. The consultation manager is friendly, and the front desk staff are also fairly standard. I was satisfied with the surgical result at an average level, and I had one aftercare visit, but they still handled it well enough that it was the kind of experience where I went once and that was it.
