When I had the autologous dermal rhinoplasty, I also had fat grafting done at the same time, but almost all of it was absorbed, so I had an additional procedure this time.
As expected, the director’s style is to make things look natural.
I also prefer a natural look, as if I had something done but not obviously so, rather than something that really stands out lol

I think the good thing about forehead fat grafting is that it makes you look younger and more refined.
Maybe because my own dermis and fat were used all the way to the nose, I feel mentally at ease too,
and I don’t feel any foreign-body sensation at all haha
I want to live with this appearance for the rest of my life.
