Since it is a one-doctor clinic, I trusted it, but for my first surgery they strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage. They said if I used donor rib cartilage my nose would become round later, so I should start with my own rib cartilage from the beginning, which was very surprising. I also consulted about my rhinitis nose, and among all the clinics I visited, this was the only one that said I needed nasal valve reconstruction, but because it was expensive, they said insurance would probably not reimburse it. The rhinitis nose was 430 and the cosmetic nose was 300, for a total of 730. They say it is a lifetime responsibility policy with no AS deadline, but the director seems extremely stubborn, so I did not book it because it did not seem like it would go well the way I wanted.
