It has been about 5 years since I had upper canthoplasty. There is still some scar from the upper canthoplasty, but the eye shape became prettier and improved. It is noticeable, but my double-eyelid surgery already looked noticeable before anyway, so I do not pay much attention to it. If you do not have any visible double-eyelid surgery marks, I would not recommend upper canthoplasty. But if you already have visible double-eyelid surgery marks, upper canthoplasty may make the eye shape look more refreshed, and I think it would be fine.
