The doctor was very kind during the consultation and explained what would be good to do with my current nose. During the consultation, there was mention of nostril reduction, and when I said I was worried about scars, he said that if I was worried, then it would be right not to do it. He also said osteotomy might look a little large from the outside, but since it was not large on the CT, he did not recommend it. I felt he was not doing any overtreatment.
