It seems like a hospital that was opened not too long ago. They recommended partial incision for double eyelid surgery plus inner corner epicanthoplasty, and if you prefer a quiet clinic with one resident doctor, it seems like a not-bad choice. However, if you visit a lot of places, it feels pretty ordinary and not especially memorable...? The line they designed was fairly satisfactory.
