The line I wanted was a semi-out line, and they kept having me close and open my eyes while checking it, and among the places I consulted, they spent the most time checking the line. Because I have sunken eyes, they said that with a semi-out line the line would have to be raised, and if I raised it with an incision and later wanted to lower it, it would be difficult, so they recommended natural adhesion. I also asked about lower canthoplasty and outer canthoplasty, and they said there is a limit to the horizontal length. My double eyelid surgery has loosened twice, so I don't think natural adhesion is the right fit, but among the places I consulted, this was the most thorough, so I'm torn about whether to do it..
