It was narrower than I expected, and even though I had a consultation appointment, I waited a long time. I didn't time it, but I waited more than 20 minutes. While waiting, I ate the caramel they had on the table and it was tasty^^ I ate a lot because I was annoyed that I had booked an appointment and still had to wait. I had a short consultation with the director, who clearly told me that the line I wanted wasn't possible. Then I waited another 15 minutes or so and had a 5-minute consultation with the manager. Until December they're discounting it to 160 in cash, and since it's revision surgery that's fairly cheap. Unlike other plastic surgery clinics, they said it includes something detailed called dual eye correction, so the eyes can look sharper, and they confidently said that because swelling goes down well, most people don't need swelling shots. That part was good, but I spent so long waiting during the consultation that I skipped it... Normally, after seeing the director, I should have been able to see the manager right away, but having to wait again was the part I disliked.
