The director explained things very clearly. They got straight to the point in a way that was easy to understand, without needing long explanations haha I am still monitoring the progress after the procedure for now. Even before the procedure, they said my face was one where it would be hard to get a dramatic effect, so they told me not to expect a big before-and-after difference, and I did it without expecting too much, just as a way to tidy up my face line. For now I go in for follow-up care once in a while, and the nurses and other staff are kind~
