First of all, since it is a factory-style place, everything except the response was rushed. The staff were neither especially kind nor rude, so that was fine, but I think they need to manage the chatter better.
I went because of something under my chin, not a pimple. I think it was a woman, and maybe she was the doctor, but she recommended an acne package. There were lasers and other things too, she said.
After going to other dermatology clinics, I found out it was not acne. What appeared on my face was not something like that. (This was according to a university hospital dermatology department and two dermatology hospitals with board-certified dermatologists.)
Money wasted.
