During the consultation, the director didn't just start by drawing a line right away. Instead, they asked again what my concern was, or what part I wanted improved, and listened to me, which I liked. Usually, you tell everything during the manager's consultation, so this part gets skipped, but the fact that the director checked it personally... They kept asking whether there was anything else I was curious about or didn't understand, and they kept asking about the line too, like whether this was okay and how they would revise it, so I liked that there was a lot of back-and-forth.
