I already knew it was a factory-style place when I went.. and sure enough, the consultation is not with the doctor but with the manager, and if they don't know the answer to something I asked, the manager goes and asks someone else and comes back. In the end, since I thought I should just get care because it was cheap, I put on anesthetic cream for Shurink, but there wasn't a separate treatment room or waiting room, so I had to wait on chairs right in front of the procedure room, which was a bit awkward. The female director came while I was lying on the treatment bed, and I found it odd that she examined my face and went straight into diagnosis and treatment while I was still lying down. (A face sitting up and a face lying down are different, aren't they?) Near the end of Shurink it started to hurt, and the Skin Booster I got afterward was the most painful ever, so I internally cried my heart out while getting it. The procedure itself was thorough. There was an effect, but the duration was very short, only about one or two months.
