Until about 5 years ago, the director could not do front canthoplasty, so they absolutely did not recommend it and mostly turned out complete incision plus ptosis correction cases like a factory. Even when it was obviously an eye that needed front canthoplasty, they would say to get nose surgery later lol. As a result, I am now looking into revision surgery to get rid of the sausage-like look and do front canthoplasty... I really regret getting it done here;
