My younger sibling had nose and eye surgery here 4-5 years ago. The eyes just look like they were pinched, and I can't even tell whether the ptosis correction was done. So they had revision surgery, and the nose was natural, which was nice, but over time it got lower and only the nostrils stayed high, so they had revision surgery last year. There were a lot of doctors at the time, and in my opinion I'm not sure how good they really are,,.
