I waited about 50 minutes past my appointment time. They said the surgery was running late and asked me to wait. Then why have appointments at all, and why not let me know in advance? That was my first thought. The moment I met the doctor, I was startled because his eyes were so red and he looked exhausted. While talking, I kept thinking, can I trust this place and get surgery here? As someone who was coming in for removal, I expected to ask a lot of questions, but the doctor told people like me, who worry a lot, that they often regret it even after surgery and should think carefully, which really put me in a bad mood. It was the first time I had ever encountered such a rude, snappy place; I felt awful but had paid for the consultation, so I forced myself to ask questions and left. He explained things using a skull as an example, tapping hard at it with a pen as if he was annoyed. After the consultation with the doctor, the manager asked, So how do you want to handle the pricing? or something like that.
