First of all, the hospital was clean but small, and the staff were kind. The consultation manager was truly, truly, truly kind, the kindest among all the places I have been to so far. I went in after getting a CT scan, and the consultation itself was just ordinary. The director was kind, but well... since this was my first nose surgery, the shape of the nose was the most important thing to me, so during the consultation I mentioned the parts I wanted improved for the nose shape I wanted (lower the nose angle a little, and because my alae are small, I do not like the pinched-nose feeling). But the answer was somehow vague, so I ended the visit after just the consultation.
