I went for a consultation, prioritizing safety and a natural result above all, and hoping to succeed on the first surgery, even though this place is famous for revision surgery. The hospital was clean, and the consultation started on time. The director was a little witty and seemed confident. He explained well that nose surgery is difficult, and there was no CT. The manager explained everything very kindly and well. I do not want to use rib cartilage for my first surgery, but they said surgery can only proceed if I agree to use it if needed, so I am thinking about it a lot right now.
