It was extremely clean and everyone was kind. The manager was really, really, really kind. They were very empathetic, and the manager left the biggest impression on me haha. This was the first clinic I visited for in-person consultations, so I did not prepare questions and still do not know that much, but I do have a friend around me who had it done here and turned out well, so I am conflicted. The director looked closely at my face and gave a pretty standard consultation.
