The consultation coordinator spoke to me first, and asked what they had told me to do elsewhere. It felt like the consultation was being shaped based on that. They were kind, but I trusted them a little less. However, the director looked at things specifically and in detail, and did not recommend things that did not really need to be done, so I trusted that.
