The director's consultation was very kind, detailed, and so confident that when I tried to write down what was being said, they told me to record it. Among plastic surgeons, they were the most focused on the structural problems of the nose and on solving them. When lifting the tip of the nose, they said they might only extend the septum and could also use donor rib cartilage and AlloDerm. That made it feel like those were the materials they preferred.
