Honestly, I had planned to do it at another clinic, but I visited this one because the before-and-after results were so good. The director has confidence, but he is not the warm-and-fuzzy type.
Having confidence does not automatically mean the surgery turns out well, so at first I did not think much of it, but he explained the procedures needed to get the eyes I wanted and the reasons for them, and even I, who knew nothing, could tell everything he said was spot on..?
During the consultation for outer and lower corner surgery, he said he hated eyes that were just pulled down at the lower part into a straight vertical line, and I also disliked that artificial look. He said I would need inner corner surgery too, and since I already had visible caruncle, I hesitated, but he explained very clearly why it was needed. (A natural curve to the double eyelid, and it definitely would not create a crowded look.)
I think a doctor who is good at surgery is not one who recommends the minimum, but one who combines only what is really needed for the desired result so that the outcome is as good as possible without safety issues or side effects. At another clinic, they said to do double-eyelid line refinement with buried sutures and only one-sided eye correction, and if I had done that, it would have been a disaster. The clinic I originally planned to go to also said not to do the inner and outer corners. I think I would have been dissatisfied. Before surgery and after surgery, they looked at my face, explained precautions, and gave surgical feedback. Today I went to remove the stitches, and I was all excited, saying it turned out so well!!? but the doctor just said it came out fine. Usually a doctor says it turned out well, right lol
It has now been a week, and I am really not swollen at all, already pretty, already satisfied. My eyes close properly, and the outer and lower corners are not a vertical line shape. There is no more visible caruncle and no crowded feeling. Just pretty, already pretty. If you tell them the direction of the eyes you want, they will tell you which surgeries are needed. I am glad I listened to the director. Rather than wasting time trying to estimate everything at home, I should have gone to consult. A collaboration of modern surgical techniques made my eyes elegant. I got a discount for providing photos, but honestly, as long as the eyes came out well, the price did not matter that much. I provided the photos thinking maybe they would make me prettier? There was no condition that I had to write a surgery review, but as you can see, I am writing from the heart. Ad fee listed at random.
Of course I still need to keep watching the recovery, but this is honestly not just skill.. the aesthetic sense is also absolutely incredible, Mr. Hwang ^___^ !!!!!
