I had double eyelid surgery with buried sutures about 10 years ago. I was very satisfied. It didn't even look like I'd had surgery, and it looked so natural that no one noticed. And the director did a very careful job too. Now that I'm older, my eyes have become hollow so I need revision surgery, but if my eyes hadn't hollowed out, I would have just kept living happily with it.
