It was my first surgery. Nose and paranasal augmentation (nose silicone + ear cartilage), paranasal augmentation (silicone) I had two procedures done at once, so I got the surgery at a relatively satisfying price, and it has been a little over 3 years; so far there have been no problems Now that all the residual swelling has gone down, there is a part on the tip of the nose that seems to be ear cartilage and sticks out just enough for me to notice, and the left paranasal implant sits lower than the right, causing a foreign-body sensation and one nasolabial fold.. but it was tolerable, so I did not complain.
