The doctor, the staff, and the manager all gave the warmest, most humane feeling. However, I did not end up feeling like I wanted surgery. There was no particular reason, but somehow I felt trust, and the aftercare and treatments were good. Even so, for some unexplained reason, it did not really resonate with me, which was disappointing
