I had a lot of cheek fat, so when I went for a consultation, they told me that buccal fat liposuction would be extremely effective. During the surgery, it smelled like burning flesh and it hurt quite a lot. Then I was extremely swollen for almost a week and looked like the Stone Face from a giant boulder. Still, after the swelling went down, my face definitely became smaller. I was satisfied.
