It has been 3 months since I had buccal fat removed at Chaijung Plastic Surgery, and it finished naturally without any particularly sunken feeling. I am satisfied because I am a man, but many women dislike hollow cheeks, so it might be better to proceed a little more cautiously. For those worried about fullness in the lower face, especially men, I thought this was a recommended surgery.
