I had a masseter reduction procedure. Even after the swelling went down, there was no real effect. My cheekbones ended up looking like Angelina Jolie's. Now I'm back to how I was before, so I'm looking into contouring surgery. It took a whole year for my mouth to open properly again. They said they would do a revision surgery, but they didn't.
