I had buccal fat removal here more than 10 years ago. At the time, I really hated my cheek fat, which felt like I had a candy in my mouth. It was neatly removed, and I ended up with a very slim face. But after I lost more fat there and got older, I now have hollows like a peanut I think buccal fat removal is something you should think over more carefully before doing. Now I am looking into fat grafting to the cheeks in reverse. Life is ironic, huh.
