The director was kind. They took photos, listened to what I wanted, and analyzed how it should be corrected. Maybe because they have done a lot of consultations, they already understood the eye shape I wanted and the direction of surgery. They seemed confident about the surgery and only recommended the procedures that were actually needed. Consultation time: about 20 minutes.
