The director was kind. They took photos, listened to what I wanted, and analyzed how it should be corrected. Maybe because they've done a lot of consultations, they already understood the eye shape I wanted and the direction of the surgery. They seemed confident about surgery and only recommended the procedures that were necessary. Consultation took about 20 minutes.
