I had very little fat in my eyelids to begin with, and my eyes had double eyelids (protruding eyes). During the consultation, they said an incision would be the sure way to do it, but I said I absolutely would not do an incision, so we decided on non-incisional adhesion and fat grafting to the eyelids. After the surgery, it turned out very naturally and well. The fat grafting to the eyelids disappeared quickly!
