My eyelids had almost no fat and were double-folded eyes to begin with (prominent eyes). During the consultation, they said it should definitely be done with an incision, but I absolutely said I would not do an incision, so we went with natural adhesion and also added fat grafting to the eyelids. The surgery was later done, and it turned out naturally well. The eyelid fat graft disappeared quickly!
