I had double eyelid surgery at this clinic 10 years ago. I am writing this so that no one else gets taken advantage of like I did. Ten years ago, I had an incision, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction, and because they said I had too much fat in my eyelids, they also removed fat. As I remember it, they said they would be responsible for all after-service afterward, and even by that time it was more expensive than the first-surgery prices at other clinics. (And it was even the cash price.) I was very young then and went there through an introduction, so I made the decision impulsively and barely compared estimates before suddenly deciding on surgery. I had the surgery, and about a year later they said there was some asymmetry and recommended a revision, so I had revision surgery. There was no additional cost this time. About 10 years later, as my face recently lost a lot of fat and the upper eyelids became hollow, the uneven eyes and loosening got severe, so I went back to ask about revision surgery. They said correcting only the right eye would cost 120. They said revision surgery on both eyes would be 380, and with lower eyelid fat repositioning at 380 plus a forehead lift recommendation, they quoted almost 10 million won. That was when I felt something was wrong. After consultations at other clinics, there was not a single place that quoted lower eyelid fat repositioning in the 3 million won range. What was more, after seeing other clinics, I learned that my epicanthoplasty had been done too aggressively, and that the fact that the double eyelid line was not connected to the epicanthoplasty was the most urgent issue to correct. But during the consultation at this clinic, they left that part out completely and the director spoke as if they had intentionally left the epicanthoplasty incision unconnected. And the majority opinion was that a forehead lift was mostly not recommended, and that for lower eyelid fat repositioning, I should first do the double eyelid revision and then decide. Of course, surgery is not always perfect, and aesthetic standards differ from person to person, so I can account for that to some extent. But I felt the aftercare policy and attitude were just too poor.
