Back when it was NLR, I had a nose surgery with this doctor and filed a complaint because it seemed like the alar reduction had not been done well, but they gaslit me hard and kept insisting that was absolutely not the case.. A few years later, after New One opened, I came back for another consultation here, and they said things like, "Hmm, I guess we should do it??" Was it because they did not want to provide aftercare at NLR that they said it turned out well? Anyway, the surgery style itself seems to raise the nose tip a lot and does not seem flashy. More on the natural side.
