Taking photos stressed me out so much, and even though I did not feel tired at all, people kept asking me if I was tired, so I had under-eye fat repositioning. Looking back at old photos now, I think the swelling gradually went down over almost a year, and for me personally, about a year and a half after the surgery was when my under-eye area was smooth and firm with no hollows and I was happiest with it. But now the hollow under my eyes has started to come back a bit and it feels a little saggy, so it is better than before surgery, but now it is starting to bother me again a little.. Maybe because I am getting older, but I am wondering whether I should get fat grafting
