Everyone, I had removal today.. Because it was done through a closed approach, they only removed part of the septal strut. I was told that removing the entire strut could also tear out the original tissue and make the nose become upturned. But when I woke up from anesthesia in the recovery room and looked in the mirror, my nose was extremely upturned… Of course, it could be because of the packing and swelling, but will it come down with time..? I took a side-view photo, and it was so upturned that I’m suddenly very worried
