I have a 5 mm silicone implant, ear cartilage, and a septal extension? During an ultrasound examination, they said it seemed like there were two or three layers at the tip of my nose. Could removing them cause a depression? The clinic where I had surgery, [Clinic A], [Clinic B], and [Clinic C] say it will not happen, but [Clinic D] said contracture or depression could occur after complete removal... Even if they say it will not, it could still happen.... Has anyone had them removed? They said my nose probably would not spread as much as before because I had alar reduction, but I am scared that contracture or depression might develop. After nose surgery, I have had sinusitis with a polyp, rhinitis, pressure or heaviness, and nasal deviation, and recently developed inflammation, so I want to remove everything. The shape is really pretty, though... I feel it may be right to remove it before the inflammation gets worse, but what should I do?
