My boyfriend had been concerned about his jaw and facial line for a long time, and after a consultation he finally had the procedure this time. Honestly, even when I looked at him from the side, I wondered whether it was really noticeable enough to worry about. But he worried about the angle every time he took a photo and especially hated having his side profile photographed.
I thought it was simply a fat issue, but at the consultation they told him that it was not only fat; the cheek and jaw areas also had to be considered for the contour to be properly defined. After hearing that, he seemed to feel they were examining him more carefully, so I do not think it took him long to decide.
He had several necessary areas treated together, and he said it did not hurt much on the day haha. He is usually quite fearful, so he worried a lot, but apparently it was better than he expected. Afterwards, his face just felt somewhat stiff, and I think that sensation remained for a few days.
Even though the swelling has not completely gone down, the line looks clearly different from the side. Before, the boundary between his jaw and neck was hard to see, but now it feels as though the line is gradually coming back. Seeing that he is less concerned when taking photos these days, I guess he is reasonably satisfied.
