For people with little fat in the eyes and a faint crease, I recommend double eyelid surgery. I had little fat and already had a crease, so I did an incisionless method, and my friend had little fat but no crease and said she would do an out-fold, so she had an incision method. We both did very well and are satisfied. I am someone who does not respond well to anesthesia, so even though I had general anesthesia, I woke up a little near the end of the surgery and heard the doctor and nurse talking.
