It has been over a year since I had thigh liposuction. In reality, something like thigh liposuction only shows a big effect when you combine it with exercise and dieting. On the plus side, if you gain weight, the inner thighs tend to gain less. The scars ended up quite dark, and when I went in expecting scar treatment, the scars actually got worse. Even after injections, the scars became indented instead. Later they suggested trying laser treatment, but then said laser could not be continued forever, so they just prescribed medication that is supposed to help with pigmentation. Honestly, the aftercare feels somewhat lacking. But the director and the assistant director were kind.
