A fairly large and well-known hospital in Ulsan. There are several doctors there. I got a quote a few years ago, and they did not push anything excessive, which seemed good. It did not match my style, and I have not had double eyelid surgery at all, so I did not go through with it. But if you meet the right doctor, it seems like it could be good.
